“Atghar Union Parishad”:- “Atghar Union Parishad” is a traditional union rich in the glorious history of liberation war.


To the north of which - there is the biggest haat of Kanaipur union in Faridpur upazila surrounded by Matiyadah river; Aruakandi village.


In West-Chadpur UP, Pakhid Kalkali-faced village- 'Bahirdia'.


South- Ramkantpur village of Ramkantpur union.


In the east - Athai floats in the water, with millions of petals, the 'national flower'. In the rainy season, it will seem like thousands of fairies are dancing, after the water, such a river is surrounded by Matiadah Saltha.
